75 HARD

The 75 Hard Challenge, above all else, is a mental toughness program. Geared towards individuals looking to test their limits, this is a tougher version of The 75 Soft Challenge that will morph you into an entirely different animal. For 75 days straight, you’ll commit to a strict set of rules designed to test your discipline, resilience, and grit:

  1. Follow a structured diet with no cheat meals

  2. Complete two 45-minute workouts, one of which must be outside no matter the weather

  3. Drink 1 gallon (128 oz.) of water

  4. Read 10 pages of a nonfiction book

  5. Absolutely NO alcohol

  6. Take a progress photo

If you miss any of the above items on any day, you must start back at Day 1.

This challenge isn’t about looking good — it’s about proving to yourself that you can do hard things, build unshakable habits, and level up your mindset. 75 days. No excuses. Only results.
