ORIGIN OF THE 75 CHALLENGE

The 75 Hard Challenge is a mental toughness program originally created by Andy Frisella. The 75 Soft Challenge, a more accessible and flexible alternative to the original challenge, was originally created by Stephen Gallagher. While the below challenges take inspiration from those movements, specific rules outlined in them are the result of collaborative discussions between THE BEST OUT team members.
