75 SOFT
The 75 Soft Challenge is a balanced approach to building discipline, strength, and consistency. Targeted towards individuals looking for a challenging, but more realistic approach to adopting healthier habits, this is a lighter version of The 75 Hard Challenge - without the extremes. For 75 days straight, you’ll commit to the following daily habits:
Eat well
Complete one 45-minute workout, taking one day per week as active recovery*
Drink 3 liters (100 oz.) of water
Read 10 pages of any book
Limit alcohol to social occasions ONLY
If you miss any of the above items on any day, you must start back at Day 1.
It’s not about breaking yourself down — it’s about showing up every day and proving you can stay consistent. 75 days. Steady effort. Real change.
*”Active Recovery”: Engaging in low-intensity physical activity to aid the body's recovery from strenuous exercise. Some options may include walking, stretching, yoga, and other light mobility exercises.
